How Payments Are Processed

During the checkout process, you select your preferred payment method. Payment is processed in real-time by our external payment partners. After successful payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, and we will begin preparing your order for shipment.

We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using one of the available online payment methods.

Currency and Potential Bank Fees

All prices on our website are displayed in CHF, and payments are also processed in CHF. If your bank account or card is held in another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount and apply their own exchange rates or fees.
