Currently, we only deliver within Switzerland. All orders placed through our website will only be shipped to addresses within Switzerland. By focusing on a single market, we can offer faster deliveries, consistently high service, and a shopping experience optimally tailored to our customers in Switzerland.

Order Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, our team will begin preparing your package.

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days. This includes order confirmation, quality control, packaging, and preparing your clothes for shipment. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Processing time does not include delivery time.

Delivery Time

After processing, the estimated delivery time within Switzerland is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and the shipping service provider. Most customers receive their packages sooner, but delivery to more remote areas may take a little longer.

During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur. However, we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
